Carr Hill High School is seeking an experienced School Facilities and Estates Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the school's facilities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and overseeing site security.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain the school's facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and minor building works.
- Conduct regular health and safety inspections, tests, and checks to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Supervise and coordinate site activities, including security and supervision of the site and related equipment.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure the school's facilities are well-maintained.
- Collaborate with the Headteacher and School Business Manager to ensure the smooth running of the school.
- Provide excellent customer service to staff, students, and visitors.
- Contribute to the development of the school's facilities management strategy.
