About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cladding Estimator to join our team at A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd. As a Cladding Estimator, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate and competitive estimates for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reviewing tender enquiries and specifications to gain a thorough understanding of project requirements
  • Liaising with clients to acquire any additional information necessary
  • Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain competitive prices
  • Producing formal quotations to clients
  • Keeping good documentation of tenders and quotations on our internal database
  • Building and maintaining relationships with contractors and vendors
  • Prioritizing workload to ensure deadlines are met
Requirements
  • Must have estimating experience within the roofing and cladding market sector
  • Must have a good understanding of technical drawings
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High levels of organization and attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic, team player, who works well individually also
Working Hours

This is an office-based role, working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.
