We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Adult Social Worker to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd.

About the Role:

This full-time position involves working as a Locum Adult Social Worker in Bristol, providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults. You will be working with a team of experienced professionals to assess the needs of service users and develop care plans to improve their well-being.

The ideal candidate will have significant frontline experience in Adults Services within the UK and hold a degree or equivalent in social work. Current Social Work England registration is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing the needs of vulnerable adults and developing care plans to improve their well-being
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure seamless communication
