Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics on HGVs to identify potential issues and ensure they are roadworthy.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components, to guarantee optimal performance.
• Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively while adhering to stringent safety protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed on each vehicle to facilitate efficient tracking and analysis.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions that meet our clients' expectations.
• Provide outstanding customer service by communicating clearly and concisely with clients regarding their vehicle needs, fostering trust and loyalty.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven mechanical knowledge and experience in equipment repair, with a solid understanding of vehicle systems and technologies.
• Ability to lift heavy loads as required during repairs, demonstrating physical stamina and resilience.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently, prioritising precision and productivity.
• Excellent customer service skills, enabling seamless communication and rapport-building with clients.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
