Salaried Primary Care Dentist

The NHS Herefordshire and Worcestershire Integrated Care Board is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dentist to join our team as a Salaried Primary Care Dentist - Leadership Development Opportunity. This exciting role offers the chance to develop leadership skills, work in a dynamic environment, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality dental services to the local community.
Key Responsibilities- Provide routine clinical NHS care, without having UDA targets.
- Support host practice & others to become future training practices for Dental Foundation Training
- Based at Hereford Dental Care, a new practice in the town centre.
- Clinical work will include providing a range of treatments including restorative treatment, endodontic and periodontal therapy and oral surgery.
- Work on projects relating to education and training.
- Network with local LDN, MCN chairs and Regional Chief Dental Officer
During the Fellowship, you will have the opportunity to:
- Acquire, develop and share knowledge and skills in leadership
- Be challenged to think and behave differently in your leadership roles.
- Work on collaborative projects with other Leadership Fellows
- Build links and professional relationships with local/national leaders

- Eligibility for full inclusion as a Dental Performer on National Performers List by commencement of post
- Evidence of professional development since qualification
