Cover Supervisor Position

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team at TimePlan Education Group Ltd. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive learning environment for our students during the absence of their regular teachers.
Key Responsibilities:- Classroom Management: Supervise and manage classrooms during teacher absences, ensuring a safe and orderly learning environment.
- Lesson Delivery: Facilitate pre-prepared lessons and activities, ensuring students' engagement and understanding.
- Student Support: Offer guidance and support to students, helping them with questions or concerns related to the lesson.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete any necessary administrative duties such as taking attendance and providing feedback to the regular classroom teachers.
- A degree or equivalent qualifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
- Flexibility and adaptability in handling different subjects and age groups.
