Explosives Accounting Systems Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Explosives Accounting Systems Specialist to join our team at Dstl. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of our explosives stock register. Your expertise in IT and accounting control systems will be essential in providing timely updates to our customers regarding expiry dates and locations.
Our work in defence, security, and intelligence requires our employees to be UK Nationals who can obtain high-level security clearance. This role is no exception, and you will need to meet the necessary security requirements to undertake the projects we are involved in.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the stock register for explosives
- Providing accurate updates to the system
- Manipulating data to inform customers of key dates and locations
