Job Description:
In this role, you will be working closely with the Teacher or Room Leader to create a safe, caring, and stimulating learning environment for young children. Your duties will include assisting in planning and delivering activities and lessons, providing support to individual children with their learning and development, and ensuring the nursery remains a secure and nurturing space.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Education and Care or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework and statutory requirements for safeguarding and child protection
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
