National Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior National Account Manager to join our team at Pets Choice Ltd.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in FMCG, with a proven track record of managing top 4 mults and/or discounters.
The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing plans to increase distribution and visibility of products within your account base.
You will also be responsible for delivering internal targets, with a focus on profitable growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong drive and energy level, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The role involves regular travel to our Blackburn Head Office, as well as frequent visits to customer sites.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing, networking, and developing relationships with your National Accounts
- Line management of one or two NAMs
- Developing and executing brand strategies with existing account portfolio
- Increasing distribution and visibility of products within the account base
- Developing new business within the account base
Requirements:
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- National Account Management experience gained from a FMCG environment
- Ability to influence and build strong relationships internally and externally
- Solution-focused approach
- Creative and entrepreneurial mindset
