Sales Director

At Stobart, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. This is a key role that will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and delivering new business within a defined territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation.
- Present and negotiate sales proposals to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our services.
- Work closely with the Head of Sales to develop and implement sales plans, targets, and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience within the transport and logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of the FTL activity sector and its key players.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen, commercial awareness, and strategic thinking.
