Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the daily activities of a production unit or teams, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Responsible for the daily activities of a production team, including managing team members, housekeeping, and meeting production targets.
  • Work cross-functionally to recommend and engage in improving safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
  • Serve as group lead on projects and work assignments, providing guidance and feedback to team members.
  • Coach and mentor team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, reducing costs and improving quality.
  • Investigate and analyze Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) incidents, implementing effective corrective actions and reporting.
  • Champion and model proactive health and safety behaviors, promoting a culture of safety and well-being.

Requirements

  • Supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Previous solid experience in team management, including talent development and team building.
  • Effective communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to work flexible hours.
  • Additional requirements include office/IT knowledge and exposure.
