Warehouse Operations Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at PartsPlus. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our warehouse, providing exceptional service to our customers, and maintaining the highest levels of stock integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of warehouse and driver colleagues to achieve exceptional service levels and meet customer expectations.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock management and efficient stock allocation.
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize delivery schedules and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with warehouse processes and procedures.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Provide training and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and influence a team.
- Basic computer skills, with the ability to learn and use new systems and software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
