We are seeking a highly motivated Mental Health Therapist to join our team at the North West Boroughs Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Day and Safe Service, you will work closely with service users to provide therapeutic support and guidance. Your expertise will be essential in helping individuals develop their own resources and skills to manage their mental health. With a strong focus on patient-centered care, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team environment is also essential. A degree in a relevant field and evidence of post-registration study are required. We offer a competitive salary of £41,000 - £49,700 per annum, based on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
