Early Intervention Social Worker

This position requires a professional with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with children, families, and external agencies to achieve positive outcomes. Key aspects of this role include identifying and addressing the root causes of problems, working closely with families to develop strategies for improvement, and providing ongoing support as needed.
The primary goal of this role is to deliver targeted support to children who are at risk of family breakdown, struggling with emotional and behavioural difficulties, experiencing neglect, domestic abuse, parental mental health issues, and/or substance/alcohol misuse issues. We offer a competitive salary of £42 per hour and opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
