The estimated annual salary for this role is £55,000-£65,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Uranium Accountant. Based at our Capenhurst site location, you will verify and enter data into Enrichment Operations, Chemical Process Operations, and Decommissioning and Waste uranium accounts and safeguards systems. You will also advise on the treatment of data, assist in planning and organising annual physical inventory taking, and coordinate contract staff to escort inspectors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need a qualification to HNC or equivalent in a mathematical related discipline and/or accountancy principles. You should have a good understanding of plant operations and safeguards-related company and group-wide processes and organisational roles, typically with several years of expertise.
