About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Group Treatment Service Community Practitioner. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering safe patient care focused on therapeutic relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients for suitability for the group treatment programme and provide individual therapeutic interventions to support group work.
  • Facilitate groups and manage a clinical case load, including lead practitioner responsibility.
  • Develop and deliver psycho-educational group programmes, including mindfulness and self-compassion.
  • Work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support for patients.
  • Participate in regular clinical, professional, and managerial supervision to ensure ongoing learning and development.
