Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead and manage large-scale construction projects across various sectors, including Oil & Gas, Chemical, Nuclear, and Pharmaceuticals. With a strong foundation in project delivery, you will be responsible for coordinating site teams, organizing planning, motivating, and directing the construction effort to ensure all activities are carried out efficiently and in line with project goals.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for experienced Construction Managers to take on global capital projects on a long-term contract basis. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in regulated environments, minimal disruption while delivering projects safely and on time.

Key Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in large-scale construction projects within the Oil & Gas, Chemical, Nuclear, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Life Sciences sectors
  • A degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering or construction management field is preferred
  • Significant field experience in construction management is essential
  • Proven track record of leading large capital projects over $50 MM as a Senior Construction Manager
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Project or Construction Management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are essential
Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary of £95,000 - £115,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave.
