Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale mechanical refurbishment projects on commercial sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a solid understanding of mechanical systems.

The role will involve managing teams of subcontractors, ensuring timely completion of projects, and maintaining excellent client relationships. A company car or allowance is offered as part of the package.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage teams of subcontractors and coordinate projects effectively.
  2. Ensure timely completion of projects and maintain excellent client relationships.
  3. Develop and implement project plans, identifying and mitigating potential risks.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record as a Project Manager with experience in mechanical refurbishment projects.
  2. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including ventilation and air conditioning.
  3. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South East.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Basic salary subject to experience level: £55,000-£60,000.
  • Company car or allowance.
  • Expenses covered.
  • Pension scheme.
