About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Principal Flood/Water Consultant to join our Water Service Line. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in flood risk analysis, water quality management, and hydraulic modelling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing project-specific technical support, including flood studies, hydraulic modelling, and water quality management.
  • Developing and managing technical teams, supporting and mentoring staff.
  • Leading bidding activities and promoting the organisation's capabilities through industry credentials.
  • Developing and agreeing scopes of work, managing and supervising junior resources, and actively progressing projects under your control.
  • Supporting in water quality and hydrogeology projects, along with sustainability appraisals and environmental management plans.
  • Coordinating with and supporting the established team, taking the lead on specific actions or projects and other deliverables within our existing workload.
About You

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional with a strong background in flood risk analysis, water quality management, and hydraulic modelling. You will have a proven track record of project delivery and performance, meeting client expectations and maximising commercial performance.
