Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Breakfast Supervisor to join our team. As a Breakfast Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and motivating team members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality.
Main Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for team work, leading and motivating team members to achieve their full potential.
- Hold pre-session briefings to ensure the team is fully briefed and trained on new products and promotional activities.
- Assist in implementing and driving promotional activities to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Support and coach team members to upsell and provide excellent customer service.
- Deal with any issues that arise during each shift promptly and professionally, seeking advice from the General Manager when necessary.
- Lead by example to ensure that the highest possible levels of customer service are delivered by team members at all times.
- Liaise with other departments, including kitchen and door teams, to ensure every customer experiences a consistent level of service.
- Assist the General and Assistant Managers as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
