Clinical Operations Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Operations Advisor to join our Health and Protection team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing clinical expertise to support our Private Medical Insurance customers.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a registered clinical professional to utilize their knowledge and skills to make a real difference in the lives of our customers. You will work closely with our claims consultants to ensure that clinical decisions are in line with standard medical practice and UK health philosophy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical expertise to support the development of our Private Medical Insurance products
  • Work closely with our claims consultants to ensure that clinical decisions are in line with standard medical practice and UK health philosophy
  • Maintain guidelines and technical awareness to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service
  • Build relationships with other business areas to improve the end-to-end customer journey
What We Offer

Requirements
  • Hold a clinical qualification (e.g. nursing, physiotherapy, medicine) and currently registered with a professional regulatory body
  • Working at (or the equivalent of) NHS Band 6. acute
  • Strong experience and knowledge of working with acute conditions and comfortable applying clinical knowledge outside of the direct treatment of patients
  • Excellent teamwork skills and confident communication skills
