About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team in creating and implementing programs for various manufacturing processes. As a CNC Programmer, you'll be responsible for:

  • Using CAM packages to create and maintain programs for milling, turning, and turn/mill machines.
  • Interrogating models using Creo (Pro/Engineer) to produce programs for complex machined profiles.
  • Ensuring routings are accurate and operational.
  • Assisting in compiling machine time for quoting new work.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • HNC or apprenticeship in industrial experience (or equivalent time served as a CNC Programmer).
  • Understanding of machine and process protocols for Fanuc, Okuma, Mazak, Mitsubishi, or similar.
  • Ability to validate and modify software programs for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent understanding of engineering drawings, geometrical tolerancing, and dimensioning.
