About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Assistant Professional. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and services to our residents.

The ideal candidate will have experience caring for older adults, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate empathy and compassion in their interactions with residents. A can-do approach and willingness to learn are essential qualities for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility support
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, enhancing their overall well-being
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and services
