Store Operations Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at Lidl GB. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
- Develop and implement effective sales and customer service strategies to drive business growth
- Monitor and control store expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of leadership and team development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs
