We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planning Engineer to join our team at Vistry Group. As a key member of our land acquisition and development team, you will be responsible for sourcing land opportunities and instructing consultants and development teams on legal, planning, development, and commercial constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Source land opportunities and instruct consultants and development teams on legal, planning, development, and commercial constraints.
  2. Negotiate legal agreements with Vistry lawyers and third parties.
  3. Procure technical, legal, and development information to instruct internal and external parties to prepare offers.

Requirements:
