About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Ground Control. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the operations for an assigned programme of tree works in the Midlands area.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and budgeting.
- Collaborate with the Contract Delivery Manager to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Ensure effective communication with project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the environmental or utility sectors.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficient in project management software and tools, including MS Project, Asana, or similar.
