Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Private Client Paralegal to join our Legal team in Edinburgh. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for law to contribute to the success of our business. Main Responsibilities
  • Assist lawyers in managing various tasks related to business services.
  • Prepare and review legal documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis on complex legal issues.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage confidential information and maintain secure storage facilities.

Requirements
  • A degree in Law or a related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
