Our Pensions Administration business continues to grow, and we are seeking an experienced Administration Manager to join our team with hybrid working.

XPS combines expertise and insight with advanced technology and analytics to address the needs of over 1,400 pension schemes and their sponsoring employers on an ongoing and project basis.

We undertake pensions administration for over one million members and provide advisory services to schemes and corporate sponsors in respect of schemes of all sizes, including 88 with assets over £1bn.

Our award-winning pensions administration business puts scheme members at the heart of everything we do.

Our services include scheme administration, first-time outsourcing, member communications, and scam protection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure provision of high-quality pension administration and consultancy services
  • Oversee day-to-day management of client relationships with trustees and corporate clients
  • Provide expert advice solutions to pensions queries
  • Take responsibility for all aspects of admin billing
Requirements:
  • Significant experience dealing with DB schemes within the pensions industry
  • Expert knowledge on pension administration activities and legislation
  • Previous supervisory, leadership, and management experience
  • Project management experience
  • Knowledge and experience of MS Office Products such as Excel and Word (or similar)
  • A completed or progression within a relevant pension's qualification (applicant's deemed qualified by experience will also be considered)
