Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Engagement and Development: Lead the annual employee engagement survey, analyzing data and presenting key trends to the business. Partner with people managers to develop action plans and improve employee satisfaction.
  • HR Operations and Compliance: Provide guidance and support on employment-related questions, including benefits, payroll, recruitment, policies, and compliance. Manage the HRIS system and serve as a subject matter expert.
  • Performance Management and Development: Assist people managers during the annual performance review cycle, ensuring fair and effective evaluations.
  • Strategic Projects and Initiatives: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to lead HR-related projects, driving business outcomes and improving organizational performance.
  • Knowledge and Expertise: Stay updated on employment law changes and ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of HR best practices and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Candidate Profile: Collaborative style with the ability to influence and think creatively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to analyze and interpret data to propose solutions.
  • Education and Experience: CIPD Level 5 or relevant experience. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
