About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estimator to lead our tender submissions and ensure we deliver high-quality bids to our clients. You will work closely with our Head of Pre-Construction Director and be based in our office in West London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead tender submissions and ensure high-quality bids are delivered to clients
  • Run the tender process, including price and technical aspects
  • Work closely with the Head of Pre-Construction Director to ensure successful tender submissions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • 10-15 years of pricing experience
  • Clear exposure as an Estimation Manager, Chief Estimator, Lead Estimator, or Principal Estimator
  • Confidence and commercial awareness to present to clients
  • Technical ability to protect bid submissions in price and program
  • Solid technical and commercial awareness
