**Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced safeguarding professional to lead our adult social care team. As Lead Safeguarding Practitioner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing safeguarding policies, procedures, and practices that ensure the well-being and safety of vulnerable adults.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safeguarding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders. This is a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality adult social care services.

We offer a competitive salary range of £35,992 - £40,797 per annum, 26 days annual leave (plus Bank Holidays), flexible working arrangements, and access to a comprehensive training programme.
