Maintenance Planner Role

The Maintenance Planner is responsible for effective and efficient planning and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance activities for delivery to operational sites for execution. This role requires collaboration with other business areas to collate and provide a consolidated plan covering Operations, Decommissioning, and Re-Use programs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the execution of major and non-routine maintenance and improvement jobs on the operations site
  • Support preparation for minor plant shutdowns, including development of the scope of work, spares, resources, tools, etc
  • Coordinate and support the third-party business mobilisation and plans working in collaboration with other departments
  • Support Integrated Asset Planning (IAP)

Key Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree or relevant equivalent experience
  • Familiar with the use of SAP/MS Project/Primavera
  • Extensive experience in planning and control of multi-disciplinary activities
  • Extensive experience in engaging with external vendors and resources

Work Conditions:
Office based, with potential requirement to visit onshore and offshore sites
