Job Title: Credit Analyst

Guillevin International is seeking a skilled Credit Analyst to join our team. As a Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating credit requests and assessing risk for our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate credit requests and assess risk for new and existing clients.
  • Conduct financial reviews to assess creditworthiness.
  • Process credit card payments and apply in accounting system.
  • Approve new credit applications and set up new accounts.
  • Temporarily suspend credit privileges as necessary.
  • Complete comprehensive credit inquiries.
  • Assist with cash application and liaise with Business Centre Managers.
  • Develop and maintain teamwork both internally and externally.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position dealing with high volume business to business collections.
  • Degree in finance, accounting, or administration, or other relevant education.
  • Experience reading and analyzing Equifax, Dun and Bradstreet reports for risk assessment/credit granting.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook (MS Office).
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
  • Professional and courteous phone manner.
  • Motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and resolve conflicts.
