Digital Design Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Design Team Lead to join our creative team at Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness UK. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the design of digital projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the development of innovative design solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design of digital projects, including websites, mobile apps, and social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative teams, client services, and planners to develop design concepts and strategies.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' brands and markets.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, promoting their growth and development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Proven experience as a Digital Design Team Lead or similar role in an agency setting.
- Strong portfolio showcasing award-winning digital design work.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of design principles, user experience, and user interface design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
