About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Design Team Lead to join our team at Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for leading the design of digital projects and delivering high-quality work that meets the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of digital projects, including websites, mobile apps, and social media campaigns
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' brands and target audiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, art directors, and producers, to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Manage and mentor junior designers to help them grow and develop their skills
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our work
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading digital design projects, with a strong portfolio of work
  • Excellent design skills, with a deep understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Strong understanding of design tools and technologies, including Adobe Creative Cloud
