Job Title: Health and Safety Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Halo Personnel. As a key member of our commercial vehicle rental company, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and customers.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures
* Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards
* Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety best practices
* Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions
* Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

* Proven experience in health and safety management, preferably in the commercial vehicle industry
* Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and legislation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
