Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to work closely with a post 16 student who requires support with social, emotional, and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to the student on a 1:1 basis
  • Assist with daily living skills and academic tasks
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote social and emotional well-being

Requirements:

  • Experience working with students with special needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Location: The school is based in Southampton, with occasional travel to other sites.

Driver Required: Yes, as you will be required to drive a staff car between sites.
