Job Title: 1:1 Teaching Assistant

Aspris Clay Hill School is seeking an experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our Education team. We are looking for a versatile and resilient individual who can adapt their practice to support students across all key stages.

Clay Hill School is an independent specialist day school for young people with autistic spectrum conditions (ASC) and associated complex needs. We provide education for young people aged 5 to 19 years.

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, your primary objective will be to provide personalized educational assistance to a specific student in need of additional support. You will work closely with the student, understanding their individual needs, and implementing strategies to enhance their learning experience.

The successful candidate will have previous experience supporting in a classroom setting and a Level 2 qualification (or equivalent experience) appropriate to the teaching and learning environment.
