- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance test centre efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a testing or education environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and days
