About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Resuscitation Practitioner to join our team at East and North Herts NHS Trust. As a key member of our Resuscitation Service, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Resuscitation Team to ensure the standardization and development of the service, ensuring that the service is able to grow to meet the needs of East and North Herts NHS Trust staff.
  • Participate in the planning, delivery, organization, and evaluation of training programs delivered by the department.
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the resuscitation service delivery with other members of the team.
  • Provide training for the general public in both adult and pediatric life support when required.
  • Respond to calls for deteriorating patients and cardiac arrests, supported by Senior Resuscitation Practitioner.
