About the Role

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Take ownership of electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
  2. Collaborate closely with shift managers and machine operators to drive improvements in line performance.
  3. Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance operational efficiency.
  4. Provide technical support to the engineering manager, helping to resolve issues proactively.
  5. Contribute to the development of the operations team, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive success.
  6. Work closely with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  7. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  8. Maintain accurate records and reports, using data to inform decisions and drive progress.
  9. Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
