Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Assistant Care Manager to lead a team and ensure exceptional resident care at our Pannel Croft Retirement Village in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Health and Social Care, with a focus on developing and implementing individual care and support plans.

Key responsibilities include managing a team of Care Assistants, providing effective communication with residents and their relatives, and contributing to the overall success of our community. Requirements and Benefits
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in Health and Social Care, preferably with an NVQ / QCF Diploma Level 3 qualification. You will also have experience as a Care Supervisor, Care Co-ordinator, Care Manager, Care Team Leader, or ExtraCare Housing Manager. In return, you can expect a competitive hourly rate of £15.07, plus an excellent benefits package, including 33 days annual leave, buy and sell holiday, free life insurance, and more.

This permanent contract offers flexibility across a 7-day rota system, with 5 hours per week available. You will work on early/late shifts and alternate weekends as required, making this a great fit for those seeking a fulfilling career that allows for a good work-life balance.
