About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Lead to join our team at Online Education Services. As a key member of our academic operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of our programmes through quality assurance, teaching delivery, and driving a student-centric culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Programme Management: Provide oversight of a programme of modules under the direction of the Academic Director, ensuring alignment with external accreditation requirements and regulatory updates.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the QA process for all modules within the portfolio, ensuring that academic policy and student progress processes are consistently documented and implemented.
  • People Management: Responsible for online tutor recruitment, training, and contracts, as well as escalation point for online tutor performance management issues.
  • Online Tutor Support and Coordination: Coordinate a team of online tutors to deliver a supportive and enriching learning experience for students, assist with problem-solving and student queries, and manage assessment marking across the module.
  • Planning, Scheduling, and Academic Support: Coordinate meetings between OES and partner universities, maintain oversight and review the results process, and coordinate survey documentation and communications.
Requirements
  • Essential Skills and Experience: Demonstrated people management and leadership skills, ability to focus on key improvements to benefit the student experience, excellent written and verbal communications skills, and customer care skills.
  • Desirable Skills and Experience: Prior experience in academic operations, programme management, and quality assurance, as well as experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
