We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Client Servicing Advisor to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our EMEA Client Service Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our multi-national client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with all aspects of their treasury movements, managing expectations with regular updates.
  • Provide front-line support, navigating all internal partnerships and activities throughout the enquiry.
  • Form client relationships through regular verbal communication, understanding our client's business and priorities.
  • Provide advice to clients through analysis, identifying operational efficiencies, reduction and self-service opportunities.
  • Resolve conflicts while appropriately escalating concerns that may jeopardise client experience.
  • Partner with internal teams such as Sales, Product, Operations, Technical Support and Fulfilment to provide a seamless delivery to the client.

Requirements:

  • Experience in client service or client-facing roles.
  • An appetite to evolve and add to a continued excellence environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Influencing skills to provide a timely resolution for the client.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience gained within financial services or investment banking.
  • An understanding of cash management and/or treasury products and clearings.
  • Fluency in a major European language in addition to English.
