Job Summary:

E3 Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Lead Quality Assurance Specialist to join our client's team on a contract basis. As a key member of the quality assurance team, you will be responsible for planning and executing external in-process and final inspections of various products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior quality assurance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to drive new initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
