Learning Environment Coordinator

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Primary Team as a Primary Teaching Support Staff. In this role, you will support the class teacher by assisting in the delivery of engaging lessons, ensuring pupils remain motivated and supported in their learning.
Tradewind Recruitment is looking for a dedicated Primary Teaching Support Staff for an exciting opportunity at a reputable primary school in South Manchester.
The estimated salary for this position is between £83-95 per day, depending on experience.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**
- Supporting the teacher in delivering engaging lessons in alignment with the National Curriculum.
- Providing targeted support to pupils, including small-group interventions and one-on-one assistance, to ensure individual progress.
- Monitoring and recording pupil performance, helping to identify learning gaps, and assisting with strategies to bridge them.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Level 1 Teaching Assistant Qualification or higher
- Excellent references to support previous experience
- A CV that covers employment history with any CV gaps explained
- The right to work in the UK
