HGV Technician Job Description

Our client, a leading fleet maintainer with depots across the UK, is seeking a skilled and experienced HGV Technician for their maintenance facility in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform vehicle inspections and general servicing and pre-planned maintenance.
  • Undertake reactive maintenance as required, including MOT preparation and correction of running defects.
  • Work on a mixed fleet of commercial vehicles, undertaking all aspects of vehicle maintenance and repair.
Requirements:
  • Be a qualified or time-served HGV Technician.
  • Have experience in auto electrical, welding, and tail lift maintenance.
  • Be able to undertake all aspects of commercial vehicle maintenance and repair.
