We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Assistant Chef to join our team at Bradwell Court Residential Care Home. As an Assistant Chef, you will work closely with the Chef Manager to prepare high-quality meals for our residents, promoting a safe and healthy food environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals for residents, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor and maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Interact with residents, visitors, and colleagues in a friendly and approachable manner, promoting a positive dining experience.
- Collaborate with the Chef Manager to plan and implement menus, ensuring variety and nutritional value.
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.97.
