We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team in the UK. As the IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving IT challenges and driving system improvements across the business.

The estimated salary for this role is up to £35,000 + benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external IT providers to maintain and enhance the company's IT infrastructure, servers, and business systems.
  • Address day-to-day IT issues reported by staff, ensuring efficient resolution.
  • Build skills in database management (including SQL) to support future ERP system enhancements.
  • Coordinate IT and business-related projects while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and implement improvements to IT systems and infrastructure.
Requirements:
  • A degree (or equivalent qualification) in a relevant IT discipline.
  • Experience with databases, including SQL (desirable but not essential).
  • A collaborative mindset, capable of building successful working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to supporting colleagues in their IT needs.
