About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Scrum Master Specialist, where you'll work closely with our Agile teams to identify training and development needs, and support individuals to improve performance and achieve goals through training, coaching, and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a servant-leader and facilitator to support teams in the day-to-day operation of their lean-agile practices
  • Lead on the identification of training and development needs, for the team as a whole and for individual team members as required
  • Support teams or individuals to improve performance and achieve goals through training, coaching, and mentoring
What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Practical experience of servant-leadership in agile teams
  • Thorough knowledge of agile principles, practices, and methods, particularly Scrum
  • Experience of Agile Coaching or qualifications including ICP-ATF, ICP-ACC or ICE-AC
